Who it is for
Firms whose customers are construction firms:
- building materials and finishes; doors, windows, glass and facades
- M&E, electrical, HVAC and water equipment; lighting
- furniture and fit-out; plant, machinery and crane hire; subcontracting
- testing, inspection, certification and safety training
- software; manpower; insurance and finance
What it saves
- Your team does not build the list by hand. The whole market is in the file on the first day, beyond the few hundred firms everyone already knows.
- The facts come from 70+ sources that often disagree. The map matches them firm by firm, by registry number, and puts them in one row.
- The firms that are winning work, hiring or starting new projects are at the top, so your team knows where to start.
What is in the map
Every firm sits in one tab by type:
- Main contractors and builders
- M&E contractors
- Structure, civil and facade contractors
- Interior and finishing contractors
- Suppliers, facility management and landscape
- Architects
- Engineers and consultants
- Developers
- Construction firms without a BCA licence
- Other construction firms
Every firm is scored from 1 to 10 and placed in Ready Now, Hot, Warm or Cold by how busy it is now: contracts won, new building projects and hiring, with recent evidence counting most. Each row says why now. The score shows how busy a firm is, so start with the tabs for the trades that buy what you sell.
What is in a row
Registered name and UEN, kind of work, BCA licence and grade where the firm holds one, bizSAFE level, government contracts and projects, job ads in the last 90 days, website and business pages, the firm's published phone and e-mail, a named person with job title and seniority level where one is public, and a link to the firm's entry in a public register.
What you receive
One Excel file with a tab for each type of firm, and a short PDF presentation that explains every column.
How to check it before buying
Ask for an overview and a sample. The sample is typical rows from the top of the list to the bottom, exactly as they stand in the file, with their sources.
